About

I have worked within the Financial Services industry for over 15 years. Spending 12 successful years at Morgan Stanley, as a HR Business partner for a range of revenue generating business units and I was able to gain real insight into management and organisational challenges.

I then went on to spend time working at Fintech’s during the scale up phase, allowing me to experience a whole new perspective of the financial service industry and the different demands that a newly established business places on the leaders and teams.

In 2020, I trained as an Executive Coach with Barefoot coaching Ltd, which I loved and gave me a whole new perspective on how people see themselves.

I really enjoy developing working relationships with managers at all levels, providing a safe space for them to discuss challenges and supporting them in the development of internal relationships.

What we do

Individual coaching

Targeted at individuals stepping into a leadership role, recently promoted, new or established managers as well as career transition. 

  • Working together on establishing goals, understanding and working through behaviours and thoughts

  • Tackle self-limiting beliefs (e.g imposter syndrome,
    people pleasing, going to excess) 

  • Identify skills and experience required for new opportunity/transition 

Targeted at new parents prior to going on leave, whilst on leave and as they return to work.

 

  • Working together to build a programme that supports new parents at every stage of their journey. From preparing to go on leave, how to stay connected whilst on leave and returning to work

  • Provide guidance to line managers to best support individuals going on their parental journey

Parental transition

Targeted at groups of individuals with common interests for example new and established managers, leadership development programmes, new hires, new parents.

  • Working with a group of people who share a common interest 

  • Working together in supporting individual establish goals 

  • Creates networking opportunities 

  • Groups of up to 8 people 

Group coaching

Programme targeted at new and established managers. 

  • Peer to peer facilitated coaching skill sessions, covering a broad range of management topics 

  • Individuals have an opportunity to bring topics to sessions to discuss with group and coach to find solutions and gain support from peer group 

  • The groups will focus on upskilling managers to have better conversations with their team members

Manager workshops

HR consultancy: Offering a wide range of HR generalist support, such as Employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement and organisation design.

  • Working with and supporting small to medium size businesses with a diverse range of HR matters to help companies become great places to work

  • From People related projects to updating policies and providing advice, we collaborate with businesses, tailoring our services to meet their unique needs

HR consultancy

Our approach

We have an empathetic approach when working with people , and recognises the importance of employee well-being to the long term success of an organisation. Our coaching approach is people-centred and intended to increase client’s self-awareness while challenging limiting beliefs, such as People pleasers and Impostor syndrome.

I received both group and individual coaching sessions with Anya. Both had a huge and lasting impact on me.

In the group coaching Anya brought a group of people together who all wanted to do an amazing job but needed to bond as a group to truly become a high performing team. The group was made up of various levels of management from Heads of to Team Leaders with varying levels of experience in management. We had weekly meetings and coaching activities were planned for each session that included how to self-coach, understand our teams motivations and keep them motivated, be our own observer and manage difficult conversations.

I think what was most surprising about the sessions was that we were learning new techniques to make us better managers but were bonding more and more as the sessions progressed. We found ourselves turning to the sessions as a mind break taking comfort in the fact we were all facing similar challenges and stresses and it was ok to be a manager and be struggling at times.
